Magyar Teátrum Díjat kapott Ács Ibolya, színházunk fodrásztárának vezetője. A színházi háttérszakmák elismerésére alapított díjat a békéscsabai Jókai Színházban rendezett tegnapi gálaesten adták át. A Magyar Teátrumi Társaság 2010-ben alapított díjával a színházi háttér- és kiszolgálószakmákat, valamint az azokat magas szinten művelő szakembereket ismeri el. Ács Ibolyát a Csokonai Színház részéről Kubik Anna Kossuth-díjas színművésznő és Csikos Sándor, Magyarország Kiváló Művésze jelölte az elismerésre, majd a jelölést a társulat nevében Ráckevei Anna igazgató is megerősítette. Ács Ibolya 1974 szeptemberétől dolgozik a Csokonai Színházban, az idei a 44. évad, amelyet az intézmény falai között tölt. Azon kevesek közé tartozik, aki birtokában van a régi mesterek tudásának: ma is készít parókákat, műszakállat, bajszokat, de a fodrásztár munkatársai a maszkmesterek feladatát is ellátják a debreceni színházban. A díj kapcsán Ács Ibolya azt mondta: „Its genre is defined as amorality which anticipates that faith in God, morality and solidarity disappeared already from these stories, from these lives and deaths. The obligatory facing of death, the confrontation with the stages of life were customary and even required in the old morality plays. Now all of this is forgotten. The people in these eight episodes which create a story bending back on itself, perish due to fatal coincidences or they perish by harsh executions. The dead are left on the side of the road like they were pieces of garbage. The ones who stay alive rob the dead people’s pockets or they cowardly get rid of the uncomfortable quarry, namely the corpses.” (Zsuzsa Radnóti)nagyon örülök az elismerésnek, de épp ilyen nagy boldogság, ha egy produkcióhoz valamilyen egyedi ötlettel járulunk hozzá, amit megcsodálnak a színházban, visszhangja van, mint legutóbb A hallei kirurgus papírparókáinak. A művészek bevallása szerint egy jó frizura vagy smink segíti a szerep átélését. A mi faladatunk, hogy ebben segítsük őket.” A Csokonai Színház részéről Varga Klári köszöntötte Ács Ibolyát a gálaesten.
